i2i Systems, Inc. has adopted the mission to provide Excellent Customer Service.

We have developed an efficient process to support our clients before, during and after i2iTracks implementation.

  • In the early phases of implementation, clinics work closely with an i2i Systems Project Manager to ensure all needs are met throughout the process. The Project Manager’s sole responsibility is to ensure a successful implementation.
  • During and after the implementation, our support services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The support and technical team may be reached toll free at (866) 820-2212 during our business hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST. Customers can also contact us via our support portal.
