i2i Systems Support Services
We are committed to providing outstanding service and offer a range of support options to meet the specific  needs of our clients. Whether you are experiencing a problem that requires technical support or need help making full use of one of our products, our Customer Support team is ready to help.  i2i Systems support technicians are well-versed in interfacing, data systems management and product usability. And, they are accessible to you via the web, email and phone. 

  • Telephone support is available from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday.  Call us during these hours if you  wish to discuss a new problem or receive help with a situation that requires conversation.  Extended  support contracts are also available if needed.
  • You may enter a support ticket any time via our web support portal.  Tickets are automatically routed to the right support specialist and you will receive updates online and via email.

  • Onsite, hands-on training delivered by product experts with clinical knowledge

                    ► Population Health Analytics. This two-day course focuses on our easy-to-use population analytics tool which allows you to design and generate reports on key clinical measures.

                    ► i2iTracks Super User. This advanced course takes an in-depth look at population health management, includes discussion and hands-on learning, and concludes with a Super User certification exam.
