Clinical Systems Learning Community (CSLC) Partnership Announced
The CSLC is a California statewide project funded by the Tides Foundation Community Clinic Initiative. This year-long project is a joint collaboration between 23 health centers, CCI-TIDES, Object Health, Full Circle Projects, and i2i Systems with a clearly stated vision and specific goals that requires concise communication between all parties. The 23 CHCs have a primary goal of using i2iTracks software to collect and track data for a common measure set. i2i Systems has developed a customized report to meet the reporting needs of the project participants.
