There are all sorts of different tools, too. Everybody's looking at the electronic medical record as the tool, but that may not be the tool that's going to help you do population health management. It will certainly be a part of the solution, but it may not take you to that next level.So to think that an EHR is the Holy Grail for accountable care and value-based purchasing is incorrect; you have to implement a lot of other tools.
